At CRG Groupe LLC, we follow all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and local laws governing the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Because alcohol is a regulated product, the return and refund terms below apply.

All Alcohol Sales Are Final

All alcohol sales are final once an order has shipped. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for alcoholic products, except in the limited circumstances listed below.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

1) Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives significantly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The outer shipping box

  • Internal protective packaging

After review and verification, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Not eligible: minor seepage, minor cosmetic issues, or label wear.

2) Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Opened, partially consumed, or otherwise used products

  • Orders already shipped (except verified damaged/incorrect items)

  • Failed delivery due to age-verification issues or signature refusal

  • Returns caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

  • Product quality changes related to weather/temperature during transit

  • Clearance, final sale, promotional items, or gift cards (where applicable)

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returned Shipments & Delivery Failures

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed legal-age verification

  • Signature not obtained at delivery (where required)

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

the customer may be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Any eligible refund may be reduced by applicable charges.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Final posting times may vary by financial institution or card issuer.

Legal Compliance & Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your province or territory and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction.

CRG Groupe LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that do not comply with applicable alcohol laws or delivery requirements.
